• What are 4 UP Sheet Labels?

  These labels measure 3.5″ x 5″ and come in sheets of four labels per sheet. Its size, adhesive backing, and black-on-white text make the labels perfect for printing shipping and address labels. Similar to standard printer paper, the sheet labels print easily using laser and inkjet printers. But while printer paper offers a blank page, the sheet label provides 4 blank labels for printing.

• How do I print 4 labels on one sheet from Word?

  1. Launch Microsoft Word from your computer and open a New or Blank document. 
  2. Go to Mailings on the Menu bar at the top of the document page and click Start Mail Merge. 
  3. From the drop-down section, select the Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard option at the bottom.
  4. Note: After selecting Mail Merge Wizard, a command panel called “Mail Merge” will pop up from the right-hand corner. It lets you choose the type of document you want to use. 
  5. Select Labels as the document type and then click on Next: Starting document at the bottom. 
  6. You’ll have a series of options for setting up your documents. Click on “Change document layout,” followed by Label options at the bottom.
  7. A “label options” window will appear. First, choose the type of printer you want to use from the “Printer Information” section. For standard printers, choose Page printers. 
  8. Click on the “Label information” section and choose Microsoft from the list of label vendors. 
  9. Choose your label’s product number from the “Product number” list and then select 4 per page or as your label options.
  10. Click OK to save changes and then click on Print if you want to start printing the labels.

• How do I print 4 shipping labels on one page?

  If you want to print 4 shipping labels in one sheet using your inkjet or laser printer, here’s what you need to do. First, download an Adobe Acrobat or some other PDF reader software and install it on your computer. If you already have one on your computer, you can skip this step and do the following:

  1. Open your shipping or address label in PDF format. 
  2. Go to Print and click on More Settings.
  3. Adjust the Scale (%) and reduce it to 70%.
  4. Select Landscape (vertical) as your print orientation setting.
  5. Adjust quality, color, and other print settings according to your preference.
  6. Click on Print, and your four-label sheet will begin printing.
